Ronny has over 40 years teaching experience and has taught at the Buffalo Grove GC since 1998. Ronny’s experience in the golf industry has enabled him to work with all levels of golfers from low handicaps to beginners. Ronny has also worked with and developed junior players of all ages. Ronny stays up to date on all new trends golf as it pertains to the golf swing and believes that real life results are best achieved by learning and practicing on a natural grass turf.

Paula enjoys working with men, women, and juniors to help students better understand the game and themselves as golfers. Paula has been a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division since 1978 and was the recipient of the 1991 LPGA National Award for Golf Professional of the year. Paula’s playing experience includes five years on the WPGT and numerous amateur titles in the Middle Atlantic Region. Paula has been teaching golfers at the Buffalo Grove Golf Club for over 21 years.

Joe enjoys making the golf swing simple and fun for everyone. As a PGA member, Joe has been actively teaching golfers of all abilities in both private and group lessons at the Buffalo Grove Golf Club since 1991. His understanding of the golf swing and short game is complemented with his expertise in club fitting.

Spencer has worked in the golf industry since 2021, most recently with the Illinois Junior Golf Association. Spencer will be assisting with instruction as he works through his PGA apprenticeship. Spencer will add knowledge and new philosophies, especially with the junior golfers as they work on improving their skills in the game of golf.
